CH Energy Group to Hold Annual Meeting of Shareholders
and Quarterly Earnings Conference Call

(POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y) CH Energy Group, Inc. (NYSE: CHG) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the corporation's headquarters at 284 South Avenue in Poughkeepsie, New York. This meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 beginning at 10:30 a.m. eastern time, and will feature remarks by Steven V. Lant, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer.
